be an artist right now!

I came across another inspiring offering from Ted talks. It's a presentation from a Korean author named Yound-ha Kim. His topic is one that's close to my heart, and one that I've tried to express myself on this blog: that we are all inherently artists; that this is most profoundly expressed when we are children; that it tends to be suppressed in most of us over time; that we can recapture our artistic selves at any time. Kim's conclusion is very concise, but very true (I believe).
This particular episode was recorded in Seoul, and is presented entirely in Korean, but with English subtitles. I must caution you, Kim speaks very rapidly, so the subtitles are in and out with equal rapidity, and you may find this a problem, but you can always pause and go back if you miss something. Though some of the sense of being there is lost, I found it easier to follow with the sound off. Nevertheless, I found it worth watching. I hope you do too. Just click on the link below.
